Cancellation & rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please submit a cancellation request using Find My Booking, or contact us at info@thefrenchcookingexperience.com.

Submitting a request does not automatically cancel your booking or issue a refund. Our team reviews and processes cancellation and refund requests manually.

Shared & family experiences

Cancellation or rescheduling is permitted up to 7 days before the class begins. Requests received less than 7 days before the class are handled according to the applicable booking terms.

Private experiences

Private experiences require at least 1 week (7 days) notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Birthday parties & Team Building

These experiences are confirmed individually. The cancellation conditions applicable to your event are provided with your confirmation or proposal.
