Cooking Class Chef Instructor The Cooking Class Chef Instructor is responsible for leading and animating hands-on French cooking classes for an international clientele. The role focuses on delivering engaging, high-quality culinary experiences while ensuring a warm, educational, and safe learning environment. The Chef accompanies clients to the local market to select ingredients for the menu, explain seasonal products, and share insights about local artisans and French food culture. The Chef then plans and executes hands-on cooking classes, demonstrates culinary techniques, adapts recipes to participants’ needs, and contributes to the overall excellence and reputation of The French Cooking Experience.
Kitchen Assistant As a Kitchen Assistant (Plongeur), you play an essential role in the smooth and elegant operation of our culinary atelier. Working behind the scenes, you help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen environment that allows our chefs and guests to fully enjoy the cooking experience. You are responsible for ensuring that all kitchen tools, equipment, and workspaces are impeccably clean, well-organized, and ready for each class. Your support contributes directly to the high standards of quality, hygiene, and hospitality that define The French Cooking Experience. Internship Opportunities - Marketing & Administration As a Marketing & Administration Intern, you will play an active role in the development and daily operations of a growing, high-end culinary experience based in Versailles.
