Creator of The French Cooking Experience
From as early as I can remember, I have always been passionate about cooking. For me, food has never been only about eating — it has always been an experience. A language of heritage, culture, emotion, and love. A way to bring people together, to celebrate life, and to create memories that last far beyond the table.
I grew up surrounded by women who cooked with passion and grace — my mother, my grandmother, and my great-grandmother. They were masters of their kitchen, creators of unforgettable meals, and the heart of every gathering. All the joyful moments in our family — celebrations, holidays, or simple weekends — happened around a table filled with delicious food and desserts. Cooking was our love language, and the table was where laughter lived.
Now that they are no longer here, these moments are the memories I treasure most. All I need is to close my eyes and I can still feel the warmth, the joy, the smell of freshly baked pastries, the sound of family together. I can still remember the pride in my mother’s eyes as she watched everyone enjoy her dishes, and when we would tell her how delicious everything was, she used to say, “It’s not because I love cooking… it’s because I love you.” That is the feeling I carry with me — the taste of love, connection, and belonging. This is what good food means to me: celebration, emotion, and the kind of happiness that remains forever in the heart. It is this feeling — this legacy — that I hope to share through The French Cooking Experience.
I come from a hotelier background, trained in five-star hospitality where excellence, refinement, and exceptional service are not optional — they are a way of life. I learned that every detail matters: the welcome, the atmosphere, the storytelling, and the feeling a guest takes home. Creating an unforgettable experience has always been at the core of who I am and what I do.
I have always been fascinated by Versailles — its elegance, its history, its art, and the timeless luxury that lives within every stone of the city. To me, Versailles represents beauty in its highest form: the harmony between culture and creativity. And to now stand within this place, building a business that reflects its spirit through food, feels like a dream come true.
I am deeply inspired by the art of French cuisine — the techniques, the precision, the innovation, the passion, and the extraordinary ability to transform simple ingredients into masterpieces. French culinary culture is not only about taste. It is heritage. It is craftsmanship. It is a legacy carried by generations of artisans, winemakers, farmers, and chefs whose dedication has shaped the world’s gastronomic identity.
But this dream also carries a deeply personal dimension for me. I am a mother, and motherhood changed my relationship with food in the most beautiful way. I want my daughter — and all children — to grow up learning independence, confidence, and respect for what they eat. Something as simple as making her first sandwich by herself may seem small, but witnessing it is a moment of pride, growth, and accomplishment.
I believe that children should learn that food is not just something we consume quickly or without thought. Food is art. Food is culture. Food is knowledge. Food is love. Healthy eating is a habit built daily through education, curiosity, and skill. Cooking teaches responsibility, decision-making, patience, and pride. It turns effort into achievement and curiosity into independence. And in our atelier, children will have an essential place — discovering that cooking is a joyful journey, not a chore, and an empowering skill that enriches their daily life.
Opening The French Cooking Experience is not simply a business for me. It is an act of sharing — sharing passion, sharing beauty, sharing culture. It is about bringing people together around a table, where strangers become friends, conversations flow naturally, and joy fills the room. It is about honoring the heritage behind every dish and every ingredient — the centuries of knowledge, dedication, and tradition that make French gastronomy remarkable.
This atelier is a celebration of everything I love: the elegance of Versailles, the excellence of hospitality, the artistry of French cuisine, the growth, joy, and independence of children, and the human connection created through food. My dream is that everyone — adults, families, and children — who walks through our doors leaves inspired, fulfilled, and touched by the magic of French culinary art: not only by learning techniques, but by experiencing culture with the heart.
Welcome to The French Cooking Experience — A place to learn, to share, to savor, and to remember.
