Service Description

Discover the finesse of French patisserie in an immersive macaron masterclass dedicated to technique, precision, and flavor. Guided by our chef, you will prepare macarons using the Italian meringue method, known for its smooth, stable, and beautifully glossy finish. During the workshop, you will also learn about the three main meringue techniques used in pastry — and understand their differences, advantages, and typical applications. You will then practice Macaronage, the essential folding process that transforms the meringue and almond powder mixture into a perfectly silky, flowing batter. Together, we prepare two elegant flavour fillings before assembling and beautifully packaging your macarons to take home. To celebrate your creations, the experience concludes with a glass of sparkling bubbly, and a sparkling juice for younger participants. A chic, hands-on culinary experience for those who appreciate craftsmanship and refinement.
